A update on Brunel Weightlifting Club fpr LSEW
The weights area has been moved into the indoor track area - a better location but with only 2 platforms.
We will have sole useage of the platforms Mondays and Fridays 4pm to 7pm when Mike will be there coaching,
Other times we will have to share with others. Any Olympic Lifters are welcome to train at Brunel but will have to contact Mike first on his mobile 07910068453.
Cost is £3.50 a session
